In 1992, he was transferred to the respiratory department of the Bayi Hospital of the People's Liberation Army. In 2002, he served as the deputy chief physician of the respiratory department, in 2009, as the chief physician in 2013, and in 2017, he worked in the respiratory department of Taikang Xianlin Gulou Hospital. He has been engaged in respiratory medicine for more than 30 years, and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pleural effusion, pulmonary infection, interstitial lung disease, respiratory failure and lung cancer. He can correctly interpret lung function reports and accumulate rich experience in the rescue of critically ill patients. He can skillfully use non-invasive ventilators and invasive ventilators to rescue various patients with respiratory failure, and he can skillfully carry out closed thoracic drainage, bronchoscopy and percutaneous lung puncture techniques. During my work in Bayi Hospital, I also undertook the teaching and teaching tasks of Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Anhui Medical University. He has published more than 30 papers, won the third prize of military medical achievements for three times, and won a military project.

He used to be a member of the former respiratory Committee of Nanjing Military Region, and now he is a member of the respiratory Committee of Jiangsu Medical Association and the respiratory Committee of Nanjing Medical Association. In 2007, he won the third class merit.
