He was the deputy director of the National Pharmacology Base of Cardiology in Nanjing Gulou Hospital, the deputy director of the Cardiovascular Committee of Jiangsu Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, the director of Jiangsu Hypertension Alliance and the editorial board of molecular cardiology of china. The research on hypertension won the third prize of Nanjing Science and Technology Progress Award. Deputy to the second consecutive Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress. He has a deep knowledge of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia and heart failure.
