Formerly served as the director of the Radiotherapy Department in Huai'an Medical Area of the Eastern Theater Command General Hospital (Military Radiation Therapy Specialized Disease Center), a master's supervisor and part-time associate professor in radiotherapy at Bengbu Medical College and Wannan Medical College, and a visiting scholar at Henri Mondor Hospital affiliated with Paris Twelfth University. I have been engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors for 28 years. In November 2020, I passed the advanced professional technical qualification evaluation of health professionals in Jiangsu Province and obtained the qualification of chief physician in radiation oncology treatment. Tens of thousands of cancer patients have participated in the treatment, possessing solid theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience. He was selected as the top talent training object of Huai'an "533 Talents Project", and won the silver medal of the third "China Huai Medicine", exemplary individual of Huai'an medical ethics, outstanding Communist Party member and other honors.
Graduated from Nanjing Medical College (Nanjing Medical University) in June 1993, and was specially recruited to work at the Eighth Hospital from March 1993 to February 2020. He served as a resident physician, attending physician, deputy chief physician, director of the radiotherapy department, and branch secretary. From 2002 to 2003, I participated in the graduate program at Nanjing Medical University and went to various institutions such as the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Beijing Cancer Hospital, and Shandong Cancer Hospital for further studies. In 2015, I went to the Henri Mondor Hospital affiliated with the University of Paris XII in France to study the application of new radiation therapy technologies and discipline management (visiting scholar). I am a 2021 MPA in-service graduate student at Nanjing Medical University, with a research focus on the study of scientific medical behavior patterns in cancer patients.
