Graduated from the Medical Laboratory Department of the Fourth Military Medical University, currently serving as the head of the Blood Transfusion Department at Taikang Xianlin Gulou Hospital. I have been engaged in clinical blood collection and supply work for 25 years and have worked at the Blood Center of Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region.
Proficient in blood collection, transportation, preparation, clinical transfusion, and transfusion therapy. Participated in the development of multiple equipment such as portable emergency blood collection boxes, field blood storage shelters, and phase change insulation materials. Participated in one sub project of a major military special project, won two second prizes for military scientific and technological progress, two third prizes for military scientific and technological progress, two utility model patents, co authored two monographs, and published over 20 papers.
Currently serving as a member of the Blood Transfusion Equipment Technical Committee of the China Blood Transfusion Association, Vice Chairman of the Hospital Technical Committee of the Jiangsu Blood Transfusion Association, Member of the Blood Transfusion Branch of the Jiangsu Medical Association, and Member of the Nanjing Blood Transfusion Quality Control Committee.
